Certificate of Enrollment and ADAP

 

The Georgia Department of Driver Services requires all students to submit a Certificate of Enrollment form in order to receive a Learner's Permit or Class D Driver's License.  A Certificate of Enrollment may be obtained from the Thomson High School Guidance office at a cost of $2.

 

A certificate of successful completion of the Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program taught at Thomson High School is required by the DDS for all students applying for a Class D Driver's License.  A copy of a student's ADAP certificate can be obtained from the Thomson High School Guidance office for a cost of $2.
