Continue to work on module 4 La mode ado and module 5 Les défis mondiaux of the virtual learning lessons. Do all activities in each of these modules.
Review conjugations of all regular verb groups (-er, -ir, -re) and the irregular verbs être, avoir, faire, aller, venir.
Add the forms of the following irregular verbs to your notes.

Continue to work on the Virtual Learning lessons La Ville contemporaine and La Mode Ado. Make sure that you are looking at the vocabulary for the module and the study guide. Take notes through out the module.
Copy the forms of venir into your notes. Add the forms of aller if you do not already have them.

The immediate future and the recent past
Do you remember that aller + infinitif can be used to express the immediate future? And that venir + infinitif can be used to express the recent past?
Je vais dîner au restaurant vendredi. = I am going to eat at a restaurant Friday
In its negated form: Je ne vais pas dîner au restaurant vendredi.
Je viens de manger au restaurant. = I just ate at a restaurant.
In its negated form: Je ne viens pas de manger au restaurant.
Answer the following questions in French in a complete sentence and EMAIL YOUR RESPONSES TO ME.
1. Comment tu t'appelles? Tu as quel âge?
2. Comment s'appelle ton/ta professeur de français?
3. Quelle est ton adresse e-mail?
4 Quel est ton numéro de téléphone? (write out the numbers in French)

Bonjour! I hope that you are making progress with the first three learning modules. When you have completed all activities in these, continue with module 4 La Mode Ado. Included in this module is clothing vocabulary, as well as demonstrative adjectives (this, that, these, those) and some expressions used to express necessity.
Be sure to study Key Terms in this module and look carefully at the study guide. And, of course, complete all activities!!

Also, be sure that you are completing all activities in the module. These give you practice with all new vocabulary and grammar and there are some excellent listening activities.

Please watch the following lessons during these two weeks - French days of the week, French months of the year, The verb être, the verb avoir, Telling the time, Count from 1-100, Aller (to go), Faire (to do, to make), The French weather and seasons, The French definite article.
Type in the following link http://www.gavirtuallearning.org/Resources/WLResources/WLShared/SharedChineseI.aspx and find French 1 lessons. Please complete all activities in modules 1 and 2.

Do Google search for Learn French with Alexa. There will be a number of lessons available that you can watch. Each of these lasts about 15 minutes. Some of these will be review for you and some might be new. Each of these lessons will give you the opportunity for listening and speaking practice. Watch one or two of these each day.
