About Me: First, I am so excited to be teaching your student/s this year.  I have been teaching in Georgia for the past 17 years.  This is my 8th year at THS.  I am the mother of five children – Aidan (24), Abby (21, in the Navy)), Katherine (12), Michael (10), and Liam (8).  Also, I am mother to two rescue dogs (Rose and River) and two rescue cats (Theodore and Leila).  My husband, Steve, retired from the Air Force after 23 years of service and now teaches Cyber Security at Evans High. Over this summer (2023), my family and I moved form Evans to Thomson so that I can live in the community where I teach. When I am not teaching/coaching my students, I am managing my household, reading, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
