FFA members from the Thomson High School FFA Chapter spent Tuesday, Feb. 22, at the Capitol in Atlanta with Gov. Brian Kemp and other lawmakers from Georgia. Maggie Huff, Chapter President, and Aubrey Bentley, Chapter Vice President, had breakfast with Gov. Kemp, Rep. Barry Fleming, and Sen. Max Burns. FFA members were able to tour the state house and hear from other members of the legislature on the importance of agriculture in the state.
