Thomson High School students were privileged to have "Stem Gems" author Stephanie Espy visit and speak to students Thursday, Feb. 1. While here she also presented a select group of females with a copy of her latest book. Ms. Espy's book features 44 women who have excelled in STEM careers. THS is the first school in the CSRA to form a Stem Gems Club specifically to expose females to STEM careers.
