On Saturday, March 3, THS business teachers Albert Gunby and Rebekah Burnside carried nine students to Clemson University for the Bebras Challenge Invitational Finals in Computational Thinking. Students were invited based on the results of scores from the initial challenge in November, and they competed against students from North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Awards were given to the students with the top three scores in the Junior (9th-10th grade) and Senior (11th-12th grade) divisions. Congratulations to Kathryn Fuller who placed second in the Junior Division, and Deandre Neal who placed third in the Senior Division!
