Thomson High School students Victoria Wells and Summer Morris competed in the Knowledge Matters Personal Finance Virtual Business Simulation, a national competition among high school students, between Oct. 23 and Nov. 16. To qualify for the FBLA National Leadership Conference, the students must place first in their state, as well as rank in the Top 8 in the nation! Victoria and Summer were notified this week that they have secured a slot at the 2019 FBLA National Leadership Conference next summer in San Antonio! THS will have additional teams competing for their chance to attend during the second round of the competition which begins Feb. 4.
