About Mrs. Rosier
Christan Rosier was born and raised in Thomson, Georgia! She graduated from Thomson High School in 2013! She attended Augusta University and studied Special Education from 2013-2017. Mrs. Rosier graduated from Augusta University in May of 2017 with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. While teaching here at THS, she returned to August University where she graduated in July of 2020 with a Masters of Education in Instruction and, a STEM Endorsement Certification. During the 2022-2023 school year Mrs. Rosier earned a Special Education Transition Specialist Endorsement through Middle Georgia RESA! During the 2023-2024 school year Mrs. Rosier is returning to Augusta University to earn her Specialist in Advanced Educational Studies!
She began her first year of teaching at Thomson High School in August of 2017! She is currently beginning her seventh year at THS!!
Mrs. Rosier enjoys teaching, attending church, playing softball, singing worship music, agriculture, and spending time with her family.
She is married to Jonathan Rosier, a Lieutenant for Columbia County Fire Rescue! They have a 2 year old son named Waylon!
Mrs. Rosier is also the Aunt of one beautiful niece and two handsome nephews named Addy, Landen, and Tate.
Addy is a senior at THS! Landen is a freshmen at THS! Tate is Dearing Bullpup!
She loves being outdoors and was inspired by her husband to learn more about agriculture. Therefore, she includes agriculture literacy across all disciplines within the classroom including academics and careers.
Mrs. Rosier and her husband attend church at Marshall Baptist Church in Thomson, Georgia. They enjoy working with the McDuffie Farm Bureau, spending time in the mountains, hunting, and are working towards starting their own farm!
Mrs. Rosier is an aspiring teacher that loves to make a difference in her student's lives each and every day!!!
