Welcome Aboard
Welcome to First Sergeant Jennings' Naval Science class for 2021-2022. This is my seventh year as the Naval Science Instructor for THS NJROTC. I am a retired Marine with 26 years of honorable and faithful service, and a proud alum of South Carolina State University.
My wife, Sheena and I have a daughter, Jordan and son, Brian. We enjoy family and love helping others.
In my class you will learn Maritime History, Naval Knowledge, and Leadership. Ultimately, my goal is to teach and instill the value of citizenship. Through the Navy and Marine Corps Core Values of Honor, Courage and Commitment, you will learn to become a better citizen, regardless of whether you choose to serve in any branch of the Armed Services, attend College, or enter the Workforce.
