Bus transportation will be available for Learn from Home students taking the test during the evening sessions.

In accordance with GHSA recommendations and Governor’s Executive Order 08.15.20.01, Section IX Sports and Live Performance Venues, the following procedures will be implemented for events at the Brickyard this year.

Face-to-face instruction will resume Sept. 8, with blended learning model. More detailed information can be found in the Sept. 1 McDuffie County Schools press release.

Students with an average of 65 or lower on last week's midterm progress reports are eligible for a grade contract to improve their grade.

In July 2012, two pieces of legislation were passed in our state regarding student access to online learning opportunities. Senate Bill 289 mandated school systems to offer opportunities for students to take online courses, and House Bill 175 established the creation of a clearinghouse for stakeholders to find online courses and course providers in the state of Georgia.

Families who will need technology for at home learning are encouraged to complete the request form located on the McDuffie County Board of Education website.
