hello I'm coach Michael Thomas for those that may not had me before and been in my class off for the new incoming 9th graders we want to say welcome back to school if you are watching this video then this means you are have decided to attend school virtually we hope that you are safe hope that you and your family are well and hope that you had and relatively safe and pleasant time off with the pandemic and instead home orders and now we are getting ready to go back into school which is probably going to little bit different for you if you are taking School virtually for what you're used to but we hope it to be Justice and Richie and that you will receive rejected much of the benefit play as you could have attended face-to-face let me just say we have right now first nine lessons online web page or in this Google classroom that you are looking into and the first nine lessons would be more of an introductory lesson we are going to try to gradually get you into some type of physical conditioning and we realize that you most of you up then inside of hadn't really done a whole lot over the last few months so we will be taking it somewhere slow and easy and score second week with pick up a little bit and be a little bit more strenuous than the first week but we will focus on this first nine lessons from a more physical condition standpoint and so we ask that you would check in each day on the Fridays of each week that will be a an evaluation of some sort either you sending in a video of you tell me what it is we've asked you to perform or that I'm writing a report so again we want to welcome you back your grade will depend on you the number one checking in and performance the evaluation on Friday I caught you with your credit will come directly from you performing the lessons so we encourage you to perform each lesson seat state so that you can receive credit that particular day for the lesson so without further Ado we ask that you would just go to day one lesson and just each day that beat day 1 Day 2 Day 3 all the way up to day 9 and after they now I will come back within the next couple of weeks lessons will begin it with date in my email address is on the website if you have any questions feel free to send me an email or send me the phone number that I can contact you and your parents and will be more than happy to do that alright let's get started
